Virtually every business in every industry needs and uses signs, so you will get to see your work around town. You’ll be in a fast‑paced environment with a collaborative and supportive team.
As a Production & Installation Associate, you’ll play an important role in getting the finished sign or graphic produced and in place so everyone can see it - in the ground, on a wall, on a vehicle or hanging from a ceiling. You’ll use a variety of tools to assemble, erect and hang items, both inside and out. Most of your days will be spent moving, lifting and building to make and install a wide variety of signs and graphics.
This is a
full time position with a regular schedule and weekends off!
Hours are Monday through Friday 8 AM to 5 PM with opportunities for overtime. Includes paid training,
paid time off , paid holidays,
performance bonuses
and yearly raises.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Work with existing Production team on the construction and installation of signs and graphics
Use saws and hand tools to cut sheets of material such as aluminum, wood, and plastic used in the manufacturing of signs
Assist with installations in both indoor and outdoor environments. Includes working on a ladder and using power tools
Perform finishing operations such as laminating and mounting of printed pieces
Unload and store raw materials, clean and maintain storage areas
QUALIFICATIONS
Good with power tools
Able to read and understand a tape measure
Comfortable working on a ladder
Able to lift 50 or more pounds
Comfortable working in both indoor and outdoor environments
Able to stand for long periods of time
Must have current, valid driver’s license
