Seasonal Contract Medical Assistant Certified - Physical Services - Specialty Clinic (250004UH).

We are hiring for 13‑week contracts with significantly higher base pay, generous shift differentials, and benefits for purchase. Opportunities exist for full‑time or part‑time conversions and for contract extensions based on team coverage.
Under the general supervision of the department manager, medical staff, nursing staff, and Senior/Lead Medical Assistants, the Certified Medical Assistant follows policies, procedures, and professional guidelines.
Responsibilities Provide clinical and clerical support, including patient rooming, assistance with medical procedures, cleaning of equipment, chart preparation, and obtaining referral notes, images, and lab results prior to patient visits.
Qualifications
High School Diploma or GED
Certified Clinical Medical Assistant or Registered Medical Assistant or Certified Medical Assistant or MA‑ARMA
Basic Life Support certification
Minimum of 3 months of experience in a healthcare setting
1 year of pediatric experience
Contract Details 13‑week contracts with higher base pay, shift differentials, and benefits for purchase. Eligible for contract extensions and potential full‑time or part‑time conversions.
Location Primary: Tampa Work Location: Family Care Center Healthpark, 5802 N. 30th Street, Tampa, FL 33610 (On Site)
Schedule Full‑time; Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday.
