Dignity Health Medical Group - Bakersfield , a service of Dignity Health Medical Foundation, is seeking a full‑time Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant with at least 9 months of Primary Care or other ambulatory clinical experience to join our team in Bakersfield, California. If you’re eager to practice where collaboration meets compassion and every patient story matters, we want to hear from you!

100% outpatient model
Practice alongside tenured, well respected Internists and Family Medicine physicians

A valid and unrestricted license to practice in the State of California
Nationally recognized certification (as determined by Medicare)
Completion of state mandated educational courses
