Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) – Vermont
Pay:
$1,800 – $1,900 weekly Hours: 36 hours per week Shifts: Day (7:00 AM to 7:00 PM) Location: St Johnsbury, VT
Job Summary We are seeking dedicated and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) for multiple assignments throughout Vermont. This position is perfect for nurses looking for stable weekly hours, flexible scheduling, and the opportunity to provide exceptional care in supportive environments.
Responsibilities
Deliver direct patient care under RN or provider supervision
Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately
Monitor, document, and report changes in patient condition
Assist with ADLs, vitals, wound care, and routine nursing tasks
Communicate effectively with patients, families, and interdisciplinary teams
Follow all state, facility, and regulatory guidelines
Requirements
Active Vermont LPN License (or compact equivalent)
Current BLS/CPR certification
Strong assessment, communication, and critical thinking skills
Experience in long-term care or skilled nursing preferred
Schedule & Benefits
40 guaranteed hours per week
All shifts available (Days, Evenings, Nights)
