Your potential is our inspiration.**Where You’ll Make a Difference*** Perform microbiological analyses of raw and finished products following established procedures.* Verify equipment daily and perform minor maintenance on test equipment as assigned.* Ensure all retained samples are properly identified and stored.* Prepare reagents, media, and testing supplies as needed.* Apply basic aseptic techniques to maintain sample integrity.* Assist with special projects supporting quality initiatives.* Maintain laboratory housekeeping and complete the master sanitation schedule.* Follow all Safety and Food Safety practices during job functions.* Contribute to Quality Control and the advancement of IFF within the Quality organization**What Makes You the Right Fit*** Associate degree or higher in a science-related field OR 5+ years of experience as a lab analyst or lab technician.* Experience with LIMS or equivalent laboratory information system.* Familiarity with GMP-regulated environments.* Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).* Ability to wear required PPE (steel toes, hardhat, hearing protection, protective eyewear).* Physically able to lift/move up to 50 lbs., stand, walk, stoop, bend, kneel, and reach overhead.* Comfortable climbing stairs up to 9 levels in high-heat environments (up to 120°C).* Previous experience in microbiological testing within a food or ingredient manufacturing setting.* Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality standards.* Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.* Join a global leader committed to innovation and excellence.* Work in a collaborative environment that values safety and quality.* Opportunities for professional growth and skill development.* Be part of a team that makes a real impact on food safety and quality.* Our benefit package includes medical, dental, vision, 401k, vacation, holidays, 16 weeks paid parental leave (maternity and paternity) and an annual bonus planWe are a global leader in taste, scent, and nutrition, offering our customers a broader range of natural solutions and accelerating our growth strategy.
