This role blends electrical hardware design, wiring design, and mechanical integration—ideal for someone who thrives in a hands-on, fast-paced, collaborative environment and enjoys solving complex, cross-disciplinary problems.Hardware Design & Development: **Your Skills & Abilities (Required Qualifications)** 3–7 years of relevant engineering experience. 1+ years of hands-on experience as an electronics technician or similar. Experience with PCB design tools such as KiCAD, ExpressPCB, or similar.Proficient in soldering and technician-level tasks (e.g., wire crimping, mechanical assembly). Familiarity with prototyping and testing hardware in lab environments. Basic coding skills in Python and microcontroller platforms (Arduino, Raspberry Pi). **What Will Give You a Competitive Edge (Preferred Qualifications)** Experience with hardware integration in automotive or robotics applications. Familiarity with automotive communication protocols (CAN, LIN, SPI). Strong troubleshooting and debugging skills. **Who You Are:** Comfortable switching between electrical and mechanical tasks.
