You'll be the go-to person for healthcare providers and patients alike, spreading the word about our compassionate and high-quality care.

Responsibilities
Connecting with healthcare providers and building relationships with patients who can benefit from our exceptional home health services.
Reaching out to potential referral sources, attending networking events, and conducting presentations to educate others about the value of our care.
Collaborating with the team to develop marketing strategies, track referral sources, and analyze market trends.
Conducting follow-ups with patients to ensure their satisfaction and address any concerns.
Qualifications
Provide information and education to facilities/organizations and consumers about San Antonio Nurses Home Health.
Develop, maintain, and create relationships with physicians, discharge planners, and case managers.
Regularly schedule and conduct visits to referring offices to offer assistance to patients who may qualify for home health services.
Maintain current knowledge of agency, market trends, coverage criteria and industry changes to ensure compliance with regulations.
Previous experience in healthcare; home health required.
Existing knowledge of medical terminology and procedures.
Understanding of Medicare and insurance requirements.
Detail oriented, able to multi-task, and possess excellent interpersonal communication and organizational skills.
