Document care and maintain accurate charts, comply with regulations, and participate in quality improvement initiatives.
Qualifications
2 or more years of ICU/Critical Care staff experience (or equivalent)
B.S.N. degree or Associate of Science in Nursing
Current nursing license in KentuckyValid state‑issued driver's license or state ID
