Position Summary: Seeking an experienced PRN Speech Therapist (SLP) to provide in‑home speech therapy services to patients in the Blacksburg area.

Responsibilities
Perform in‑home speech, language, cognitive, and swallowing evaluations
Develop and implement treatment plans per physician orders Provide skilled speech therapy interventions
Educate patients and caregivers
Complete accurate EMR documentation
Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams
Ensure HIPAA and Medicare compliance
Qualifications
Graduate of an accredited Speech‑Language Pathology program
Active Virginia SLP license
Minimum 2 years of clinical experience
Home health or SNF experience preferred
OASIS and EMR experience preferred
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
