What You’ll Do
Assess, evaluate, and provide direct care/related services for residents in accordance with their care plan
Administer medications and complete treatments based on residents' needs
Supervise and evaluate the performance of nursing assistants
What You Bring
Current Wisconsin LPN license
Ability to administer medications and IV certification
Knowledge of state rules and regulations
Positive, dependable, and team‑focused mindset
