Speech Language Pathologist – Inpatient Rehabilitation – $5,000 Sign‑On Bonus
Location: Columbus, OH
Full‑time position at OhioHealth Inpatient Rehabilitation Hospital, a joint venture with Select Medical.
Compensation: $35.67 – $48.00 per hour.

Responsibilities
Evaluate all assigned patients and develop, implement, and modify treatment plans in accordance with patient needs and physician direction.
Delegate and direct all discipline‑specific therapy services for assigned patients.
Ensure design of functional treatment programs that facilitate effective return to community activities.
Educate patients, families, students, co‑workers, and self.
Perform other professional duties associated with patient care and therapy service design.
Coordinate treatment programs in conjunction with other clinical/therapeutic services and community resources.
Minimum Qualifications
Current state licensure as a Speech Language Pathologist.
Certified Clinical Specialist (CLS) or completion of certification within first 90 days of employment.
Preferred Qualifications
Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) in Speech‑Language Pathology from the American Speech‑Language & Hearing Association.
