Setting:
Med/Surg, Telemetry, and Progressive Care Unit (PCU)
Shift:
12-hour nights (7:00 PM – 7:30 AM), 36 hours per week
Weekend/Holiday:
Every other weekend and holiday coverage required
Patient Population:
Newborn to Geriatric
RN/Patient Ratio:
5:1 (Med/Surg), 3:1–4:1 (higher acuity PCU)
Dress Code:
Personal scrubs of any color
Estimated Weekly Salary Range:
$1,990 - $2,130
Registered Nurse Qualifications
Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in New Hampshire
Current ACLS and BLS certifications (AHA) required
Minimum 3 years of recent experience in PCU, Med/Surg, and Telemetry nursing
Proficiency in cardiac monitoring and basic dysrhythmia interpretation
Previous travel nursing experience highly preferred
Experience in rural or small healthcare facilities preferred
Ability to work independently and adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment
Must have own vehicle for assignment
Permanent address must be at least 50 miles from facility (per travel nurse guidelines)
Registered Nurse Responsibilities
Deliver high-quality patient care across Med/Surg, Telemetry, and PCU units
Monitor and interpret cardiac rhythms, respond to changes in patient condition, and implement appropriate interventions
Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to develop and implement patient care plans
Document patient assessments, interventions, and outcomes accurately and in a timely manner
Provide patient and family education and support throughout the care process
Maintain a safe, therapeutic environment for patients and staff
Adhere to facility policies, procedures, and regulatory standards
