Nemours Children's Health is seeking an Urgent Care Physician for our newly expanding Urgent Care Network in Glenn Mills, Pennsylvania!

Key Responsibilities
Administer or order diagnostic tests, such as x-ray, electrocardiogram, and laboratory tests.
Obtain, compile and record patient medical data, including health history, progress notes and results of physical examination.
Interpret diagnostic test results for deviations from normal.
Perform therapeutic procedures, such as injections, suturing and wound care, fracture splinting, and incision and drainage, removal of foreign objects, among other procedures.
Make provisional diagnoses and decisions about management and treatment of patients.
Prescribe therapy or medication.
Instruct and counsel patients about prescribed therapeutic regimens and health maintenance.

Qualifications
MD or DO
Two to Three years of experience, preferably in a Pediatric Urgent Care or Pediatric Emergency Department setting.
Board certification/eligibility in Pediatrics or Pediatric Emergency Medicine.
Current unrestricted Pennsylvania/Delaware licensure and DEA (PA, DE).
