Overview
Siouxland Community Health Center has an opening for a Full‑time Radiology Technologist (ARRT Certified).
Job Details Schedule: 4 day work week with one evening until 8pm and 1 Saturday per month.
Qualifications
Associate degree from an accredited radiography program.
ARRT certification and IA Permit to Practice Diagnostic Radiology.
1‑2 years radiology experience preferred.
Basic computer and data entry skills.
Previous clinical laboratory experience a definite plus (will train).
Responsibilities
Maintain, operate and adjust x‑ray equipment using proper radiographic exposure techniques.
Process images and match with appropriate paperwork for interpretation.
Demonstrate acceptable film quality standards by critiquing position, technical factors, and collimation.
Perform phlebotomy: venous, capillary, and heel.
Collect and process throat, nasal, and urine specimens.
Perform blood, urine, or other bodily fluid analysis.
