Base pay range $17.00/hr - $30.00/hr
Hourly Wage:
$17 - $30 per hour
Additional Compensation
Annual or Quarterly Performance Incentives.
Premiums may be paid in amounts ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour, depending on schedule, facility, season or specific work performed.
Multiple premiums may apply if applicable criteria are met.
Job Overview Health and Beauty associates are focused on customer care and creative merchandising. Responsibilities include moving incoming merchandise to the sales floor, creating seasonal display features, and meeting customer needs.
