Job Description

Monitors physician schedules and organizes patient care to ensure timely visits. Serves as point of contact for daily clinic operations, assessing and resolving issues or escalating them as needed.

Supports relationship‑based care and maintains accountability for organizational mission and core values.

Conducts training sessions, reviews patient care protocols, and ensures compliance with infection prevention guidelines.

Collaborates with healthcare teams to implement best practices and maintains high standards of care.

Collects and prepares laboratory specimens.

Qualifications

High School Graduate or equivalent (Required)

Basic Life Support – CPR Certificate (BLS)

RQI Resuscitation Quality Improvement (RQI)

Certified Clinical Medical Assistant (CCMA) – EV Accredited Issuing Body

Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) – EV Accredited Issuing Body

Clinical Medical Assistant Certification (CMAC) – EV Accredited Issuing Body

National Certified Medical Assistant (NCMA) – EV Accredited Issuing Body

Nationally Registered Certified Medical Assistant (NRCMA) – EV Accredited Issuing Body

Registered Medical Assistant (RMA) – EV Accredited Issuing Body

Pay Range $18.51 - $29.62 per hour
