Farm Research Technician – Land O'Lakes, Inc.
Permanent part‑time position supporting the production of milk and calf care. Responsibilities include feeding milk replacer and starter, conducting medical evaluations, administering vaccinations, castrating, dehorning, data collection, bedding and cleaning pens, operating a skid steer, power washing, and additional duties as assigned.
Additional duties at the Dairy: collecting saleable, high‑quality milk from dairy cows, measuring and recording milk weights, and collecting required milk samples for analysis.
Employees will be required to be fitted for a half‑mask respirator.
Shifts 5 am – 1:30 pm and 9 am – 5:30 pm.
Availability Must be available every other weekend and every other holiday.
Required Experience & Education High school diploma or GED.
Required Competencies / Skills Ability to lift at least 50 lbs.
Preferred Competencies / Skills Animal care experience, livestock preferred.
Hourly Rate $17.88.
