Responsibilities As a medical‑surgical RN you will deliver high‑quality nursing care in a night shift setting, collaborating closely with physicians, nurses and allied health staff to ensure optimal patient outcomes. You will assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care plans for a diverse inpatient population, administer medications, perform wound care, document patient progress, coordinate interdisciplinary rounds, and support patients and families during nighttime.
Qualifications
Registered Nurse (RN) license in Indiana (or alternate state licensure with credentialing)
Minimum of 1 year of nursing experience in a medical‑surgical or acute care setting
Currently licensed BLS or ability to obtain BLS within one week of hire
