Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated LPN/RN to join our team on an 11‑7 schedule. As a member of our team, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our patients and residents by providing direct patient care, administering medications, and performing vital sign checks.
Responsibilities
Provide direct patient care, including vital sign checks, wound care, and medication administration
Maintain accurate and thorough patient records
Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members
