PRN Occupational Therapist

Base pay range:
$52.00/hr – $58.00/hr (based on experience)

Qualifications
Licensed Occupational Therapist.
Open to applicants of all experience levels.
Key Responsibilities
Effectively screens/evaluates patients with cognitive and/or ADL disorders and develops appropriate care plans.
Utilizes standardized assessments and evidence‑based practice to support clinical interventions.
Provides rehabilitative, skilled, and medically necessary treatment interventions.
Administers various procedures including ADL retraining, therapeutic activities, exercises, modalities, and assistive devices.
Assesses patients’ progress and adjusts treatments accordingly.
Evaluates treatment outcomes and modifies services in relation to patient evaluation and referrals.
Provides consultation and counseling to patients, families, caregivers, and other service providers.
Communicates with supervisors and health team members regarding patient progress, barriers, and treatment plans.
Provides comprehensive discharge summaries per regulatory and clinical requirements.
