Responsibilities As a Perioperative Service Clinical Manager, you will drive efficiency and compassion as well as directly impact the quality of care. You will coordinate patient care throughout, mentor and motivate staff, gather staff perspectives to positively impact the units, and partner closely with nursing team leaders on quality measures. The role requires involvement in quality improvement and fostering a culture of compliance and patient‑focused compassion.
Preferred Criteria
Master’s Degree in Nursing
Experience in IVF, perioperative services, or critical care
Required Criteria
At least two years of acute care RN experience
Demonstrated leadership skills
Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing
Current New York State RN license (or willingness to obtain)
BCLS certification
Salary Range $145,000-$168,000/Annual
