Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) – Chelan, WA

Schedule Monday to Friday 8AM - 8PM
Pay & Benefits Pay Rate Range: $45-47/HR (Case Specific Rate Only)
Day Shift Rate: $45/HR Night Shift Rate: $47/HR $1,000 Bonus – paid in increments of $250 for every 40 hours worked

Qualifications Must have and maintain an active, unencumbered LPN license TB skin test – 2 step, current within last 12 months Six months of prior hands‑on nursing experience Must have reliable transportation Demonstrated proficiency in clinical assessments, documentation and compliance with nursing care and policies and procedures Continuing Education as required by state
