Scanlon Family Dental
Registered Dental Hygienist
Scanlon Family Dental, Saint Charles, Missouri, United States, 63301
General Dentist and Owner at Scanlon Family Dental
We are looking for a positive and self‑motivated Dental Hygienist to complete our office team. At Scanlon Family Dental, we want patients to receive both excellent dental care and a comfortable, positive experience. We believe our hygienists play a major role in that mission.
We are a family‑owned General Dentistry practice with a 50+ year history and a second‑generation Owner/Dentist. Our dentists serve patients in the St. Charles area and St. Louis County areas. Our family approach extends to our hygienists – we don't set production metrics, require them to "up‑sell" patients, or ask them to sacrifice honest patient care for revenue. If those are aspects of your current job that aren't aligned with you, our practice may be a great option to explore.
We are currently looking to fill 4 days a week (Monday‑Thursday, Fridays optional).
Our team is truly a collection of some of the best dental assistants, office personnel, and hygienists that the area has to offer, and we’d love to have new team members to share in the fun!

Complete necessary imaging (digital x-rays, iTero full mouth scans, intraoral camera, etc.) and periodontal charting

Assist Dentist during exam by charting existing tooth conditions and treatment planning
Schedule re‑care through software

Requirements
Administer care to pediatric, adult, and geriatric patients
Usage of both hand scalers and ultrasonic scalers (Cavitron, Titan, etc.)
