Compensation: $27.49 - $36.44 (final offer based on internal equity, skills, education, experience, and credentials)
Location: 790 Fuller Ave NE, Grand Rapids, Michigan 49503 (in person)
Hours: 40 hours a week, Monday through Friday, 8:00 am to 4:30 pm (no weekends, on call, or holiday requirements)

Responsibilities
Provide support to clients and the Psychiatric Services staff to support the daily function of the clinic and meet the complex needs of the clients.
Support through chart preparation, discharge planning, screenings, and referral services.
All activities performed face-to-face or by phone.
Minimum Qualifications
Master’s degree in Social Work or Psychology, Counseling, Counseling Psychology, or Marriage and Family Therapy.
Licensure in Michigan as a licensed master social worker, professional counselor, marriage & family therapist, or psychologist; or be eligible for a limited license as above and obtain that licensure within three months of hire.
At least one year of experience providing services to individuals with mental illness, intellectual/developmental disabilities, or substance use disorders.
Thorough working knowledge of the practices and principles of psychological, emotional, and sociological assessment.
Thorough working knowledge of professional ethics and standards of practice.
Computer skills including word processing, spreadsheets, email, database management, and data entry skills.
Demonstrated experience communicating clearly and concisely in stressful situations.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Ability to work effectively in a multicultural environment and skills and capabilities of bridging language/cultural barriers to Network180 services within diverse communities.
Preferred Qualifications
Lived experience with mental illness/developmental disabilities/substance use disorders valued.
Fully licensed MSW, Professional Counselor, Psychologist, or Marriage and Family Therapist.
At least three years of postgraduate experience working with individuals with mental illness and co-occurring disorders.
Bilingual English/Spanish.
