Hourly Wage Estimate: $43.91 – $65.87 per hour.
Job Summary Seeking an experienced Emergency Department Clinical Nurse Coordinator to join our dynamic team of healthcare professionals. In this role the Clinical Nurse Coordinator ensures and delivers high‑quality, patient‑centered care and coordinates all functions of the unit/department during the designated shift.
Responsibilities
Direct, monitor, and evaluate nursing care in accordance with established policies and procedures.
Serve as a resource person for staff.
Exercise judgment and provide direction regarding patient care assignments using established policies and procedures.
Operationalize evidence‑based practices to enhance patient safety and quality outcomes.
Support the mission, philosophy, and goals of HCA Hospital.
Qualifications
Graduate of an accredited Registered Nursing program.
Current Nevada Registered Nurse (RN) license.
Current BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications.
Minimum of one year of Emergency Department experience.
