This is an on-site role for a Dental Hygienist located in Beaufort, SC. The Dental Hygienist will perform routine cleanings, dental prophylaxis, and periodontal maintenance. Laser is used as an adjunct therapy for inflammation and perio. Additional responsibilities include educating patients on dental hygiene practices, assisting with dental procedures, and maintaining accurate patient records and documentation. This position requires collaboration with the dental team to ensure optimal oral health outcomes for patients.
Working hours are M-W 8-5 and Thurs 8-4
Qualifications
Proficiency in Hygiene, Dental Care, and Dental Prophylaxis techniques
Experience in detecting and managing Periodontal Disease
Strong understanding of Dentistry fundamentals and practices
Excellent communication skills with a focus on patient education
Dental Hygiene License for the state of South Carolina
Commitment to maintaining a clean, safe, and professional practice environment
Previous experience in a dental or healthcare setting is a plus
