ARC Health Systems, LLC is seeking a
Peer Support Specialist
to join the Addiction Recovery Care team. ARC has been recognized as one of the 2024 Best Places to Work in Kentucky by the Kentucky Chamber of Commerce based on employee surveys. Key Responsibilities:
Hold peer support groups for program clients Maintain confidentiality and comply with company, state, federal, and HIPAA regulations Chart for insurance purposes Maintain a positive, professional attitude toward clients, staff, and volunteers Handle crisis situations in a calm, supportive manner Complete drug screening when needed Create a safe and healthy environment for clients Perform residential staff duties as required The above is a general outline of duties and not a complete list. Key Experience and Education Needed:
Peer Support Certified by the state of Kentucky High school graduate or GED preferred Valid driver’s license Other Qualifications to be Considered:
