12‑hour shifts
Linwood Meadows Care Center is seeking a dedicated registered nurse to join our team as a Charge Nurse for the NOC shift. The ideal candidate will be a strong clinical leader who is passionate about providing exceptional care to our residents and supporting our nursing team.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee and coordinate nursing care during the NOC shift.
Supervise CNAs and LVNs to ensure quality resident care.
Administer medications and treatments per physician orders.
Monitor and assess resident conditions and communicate changes promptly.
Maintain accurate and timely documentation.
Ensure compliance with safety, infection control, and state and federal regulations.
Promote teamwork, professionalism, and a positive care environment.
Qualifications
Current California RN license in good standing.
Previous experience in skilled nursing or long‑term care preferred.
Strong leadership, communication, and assessment skills.
