Senior Clinical Research Coordinator – Bellwether Collaborative for Health Justice
About the Role
The Senior Clinical Research Coordinator will lead all aspects of the NOTRE Study in the DC Metro Area, a patient preference trial designed to evaluate the efficacy of a co‑packaged LAI PrEP and buprenorphine (XR‑B) intervention. This project is funded by NIDA and is part of CONNECT. Key Responsibilities
Establish agreements and manage regulatory documents, including IRB submissions, data use agreements, and sub‑award contracts. Develop and implement standard operating procedures and training for study teams. Coordinate participant recruitment, retention, eligibility screening, and enrollment across multiple sites. Maintain participant‑level documentation, specimen management, and study visit logistics. Prepare and oversee study site monitoring, audit visits, and sponsor reporting of adverse events. Lead project meetings, develop agendas, minutes, and mentor staff in communication best practices. Support data management, quality assurance, and data visualization for study findings. Contribute to grant writing, literature reviews, and scholarly product development. Qualifications
Associate’s degree required; Bachelor’s degree may substitute for 2 years experience. Minimum six years of research experience; 2 years experience qualifies for Bachelor’s. Experience coordinating multi‑site studies and working with criminal legal system‑involved participants. Experience in research design, implementation science, and scholarly writing. Must live in the Maryland or DC Metro Area. Application Materials
