Current, valid RN or LPN license. Experience in long‑term healthcare preferred. Strong communication and interpersonal skills needed, both verbal and written documentation. Position Duties
Help implement and evaluate care plans for individual care of each resident. Maintain appropriate nursing service objectives, goals, and standards of nursing practices. Receive, transcribe, and implement physician’s orders in a timely manner. Report required condition changes and events to appropriate parties. Administer medication/treatments as prescribed. Monitor infection control compliance. Investigate and document accidents/incidents. Seniority Level
