Responsibilities
Complete evaluations, assessments, and treatments in accordance with policy and the individualized physical therapy care plan.
Document all records accurately and timely.
Follow established policies and procedures related to the scope of practice.
Recognize and respond to patient care priorities with initiative and sound judgment.
Complete all required orientations, in‑services, and trainings successfully and in a timely manner.
Perform other related duties as necessary and directed by the supervisor.
Licensure, Certification & Education
Valid professional license in the state of practice.
Graduate of a CAPTE accredited school; foreign‑trained programs must be deemed substantially equivalent by an APTA‑approved credentialing organization.
Job Details Primary location: Georgia – Washington (TS SN Washington). Schedule: Full‑time, 1st Shift. Sign‑on bonus: $8,000. Employment type: Full‑time. Seniority level: Entry level. Job posting: Dec 22, 2025.
