$30 - $35 / hour
Maxim Healthcare in Gardena is hiring for a Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) to work with pediatric and/or adult patients in their own homes. Experience with enteral tubes, tracheostomy, and ventilator management is preferred but not required. Training is provided if necessary.

Responsibilities
Utilize the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.
On each assignment, provide skilled nursing care/services in accordance with prescribed orders.
Assess signs and symptoms indicating physiologic and psychosocial changes in the patient’s condition.
Collect, analyze, and interpret data and information from health care members and document actual and/or potential nursing diagnoses.
Qualifications
Currently licensed as an LVN in the state in which the LVN will practice.
Current TB or Chest X‑Ray.
Current BLS card.
One year prior professional nursing experience preferred.
