Shift: Mon to Fri - 08:00 AM to 05:00 PM EST
Hours per week: 40 hours per week
Base pay range: $15.00/hr - $16.00/hr
Responsibilities
Greet patients and provide great customer service
Handle incoming and outgoing calls, email and mail management
Schedule appointments and assist with paperwork
Follow safety protocols and provide solutions
Process payments, billing support and maintain cleanliness of lobby
Qualifications
Must have experience in customer service and medical office
Bilingual is a plus
