Overview Department: Clinical Dietitian - Dietary Shift: Per Diem - Days Hospital: Saint Joseph Medical Center - Joliet Location: Joliet , IL 60435
Responsibilities Provides appropriate patient nutritional care. Assesses the nutritional status of patients, formulates a care plan, coordinates its implementation, and evaluates its impact and effectiveness. Provides nutrition education to patients/families. Approves supplements as appropriate and assists in the development of a hospital formulary appropriate to the patient population.
Qualifications
Registered Dietitian Required (CMS requirement)
One year healthcare experience desirable.
