Day in the Life As an LPN, you provide total care for residents, monitor conditions, administer medications, ensure narcotic policies followed, monitor side effects, report changes, oversee nursing assistant staff, document, admit/discharge, report skin tears, maintain confidentiality, HIPAA compliance, and build relationships with residents, families, visitors, and colleagues.
Qualifications
LPN licensure with KS Board of Nursing
Current CPR certification
Confidentiality and HIPAA compliance
Desire to work with elderly
Experience in medical, surgical, or geriatric nursing preferred
Work Schedule Full-time 12-hour night shifts.
