Ampersand Therapy is hiring a passionate Speech-Language Pathologist for a school-based position in Caldwell, ID. This is a full-time, in‑person role with caseloads designed to match your strengths and availability.
Base Pay Range $50.00 / hr – $60.00 / hr
Schedule
Location: In‑Person School-Based Role
Start Date: ASAP
Caseload: Evaluations, treatment, IEPs, documentation, and collaboration
Key Responsibilities
Conduct speech and language assessments
Deliver individualized and small group therapy
Develop and implement IEPs in collaboration with school teams
Maintain accurate, timely documentation
Engage in school-based meetings and student-centered planning
Qualifications
Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or equivalent
Valid Idaho DOE licensure in Speech Pathology
Strong communication skills and collaborative mindset
