Job Description: Become part of Essentia’s accomplished team in Duluth, Minnesota on the beautiful shores of Lake Superior!
We are currently hiring for our Oncology Unit at St Mary’s Medical Center!
Responsibilities:
You will be responsible for organizing and providing care to patients through the process of assessment, planning, intervention, and evaluation.
You will delegate aspects of care to other nursing personnel based upon their licensure, preparation, and job descriptions.
You will contribute to the meeting of the mission and goals of the facility and Essentia, and meet the requirements of the Joint Commission if applicable and/or other federal, state, and local regulatory or accrediting agencies.
Education Qualifications:
0.8 FTE
8 hour shifts
Day/Night Rotation
Hiring Incentive (if applicable):
ADN: $7,500
BSN: $10,000
Licensure/Certification Qualifications:
BSN or ADN degree from an accredited school or college of nursing
Current nursing licensure in state(s) of employment
Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) certification or ability to become certified within 1 month from date of hire
Other Information: FTE: 0.8
Possible Remote/Hybrid Option:
Shift Rotation: Day/Night Rotation (United States of America)
Shift Start Time: 0700, 2300
Shift End Time: 1530, 0730
Weekends: yes
Holidays: Yes
Call Obligation: No
