The Physical Therapist will assess and evaluate patients, develop and implement personalized treatment plans, provide education and guidance to patients to support their recovery and well‑being, monitor progress, document patient outcomes, and maintain compliance with all standards and protocols within the clinic. Qualifications
Proficiency in patient assessment, therapeutic evaluation, and creation of customized treatment plans Expertise in physical therapy techniques, rehabilitation practices, and pain management Strong interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate with patients, families, and healthcare teams Commitment to evidence‑based practices and maintaining accurate patient documentation Licensure to practice as a Physical Therapist in the state of Colorado Ability to work independently while also contributing to a team‑oriented environment Preferred qualifications: experience in outpatient settings and familiarity with advanced therapy technologies
