Pay Range:
$31,000 - $81,000 + $3,000 sign‑on bonus.

SLPA or SLP‑CF will implement treatment programs for pediatric patients with cognitive, speech, language, feeding/swallowing, and social/emotional disabilities, administering speech therapy services in the home and community.
Requirements
Texas State SLPA License
Current CPR certification
Minimum of 1 year of experience (preferred)
Responsibilities
Provide high quality care and meet patient and family needs by implementing speech therapy treatment plans in collaboration with the supervising speech therapist.
Assist pediatric patients to develop or regain cognitive, speech, language, feeding/swallowing, and social/emotional functioning, improving independence through skilled interventions.
Educate, coach, and empower caregivers and families to transfer therapeutic activities into the child’s daily routine.
Ensure continuity of care after discharge by designing & instructing home exercise programs for patients and caregivers.
Document patient care services and care coordination in an intuitive electronic medical record system.
Maintain patient confidentiality and confidence.
