Shift Times & Requirements – RN Role
Work Days: Monday through Saturday 30 hours a week
To exceed 30+ hours floating to Milwaukee clinics will be required
Weekends: Required to work 2 Saturdays/month; No Sunday shifts
Shift Times May Include:
MWF 5a-4p and TTS - 5a-12:30p and shifts at other clinics will vary
Requirements:
Must be flexible and able to work rotating shifts
Schedule restrictions cannot be accommodated
Work schedules are always provided in advance to support work‑life balance
Key Responsibilities
Deliver dialysis treatments and monitor patient status
Assess, troubleshoot, and respond to clinical situations
Educate patients and build meaningful relationships
Work as part of a supportive care team
Qualifications
Current RN license in state of practice
CPR certification and basic EKG interpretation
2+ years’ experience with acutely ill patients (ICU, ER, Med/Surg preferred)
Strong assessment, time management, and communication skills
CNN certification a plus
