Staff Registered Nurse Float
– Canyon Vista Medical Center, Sierra Vista, AZ.
Pay Range Base pay range:
$24.26/hr – $44.66/hr .
About Canyon Vista Medical Center 106-bed Joint Commission accredited facility serving the community with Level III trauma, total joint replacement, Level I nursery, and many state‑of‑the‑art services.
Position Summary RN responsible for delivery of patient care through the nursing process of assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation. Directs and guides patient teaching, ancillary personnel activities, while maintaining professional standards. Must be able to float to at least three of the following units: ICU, Emergency, PCU, Acute Care, Women & Children Services, Observation or Behavioral Health.
Night Shift Position Positions available on a night shift schedule.
Minimum Qualifications
Education: Associate’s Degree in Nursing required; Bachelor’s or Master’s preferred.
Experience: 1–2 years minimum bedside RN experience required; 2–4 years critical care experience preferred.
License: Current RN license in state of practice.
Certifications: BCLS required; ACLS, PALS, Handle with Care preferred.
Complete skills competency checklist within 90 days of hire.
