Overview The property features 170 rooms, 6,300 square feet of banquet space, and four food & beverage outlets, including an elevated Mediterranean restaurant, the Jean‑Georges rooftop restaurant, a lobby lounge, and in‑room dining.
Responsibilities
Administer and supervise all True Waldorf Service (TWS) arrivals to provide a unique service experience, showcasing courtesy, professionalism, and unparalleled service.
Make a strong first impression by contacting guests prior to arrival, ascertaining their needs, and preparing for their stay.
Provide guests with a stay experience customized to their specific needs, creating a sense of “we’ve been expecting you.”
Meet and greet all TWS guests upon arrival.
Handle guest check‑in, concierge services, luggage assistance, door assistance, unpacking service, welcome beverage, and fulfill other guest requests as needed.
Qualifications

Full‑time availability with flexibility for various shifts, including overnight, weekends, weekdays, and holidays.

– Salary: $29.32 per hour. After 9 months, the rate increases to 90% per the collective bargaining agreement.
