Job Description
Assesses and diagnoses patient and family needs to provide quality care.
Develops and communicates a plan of care for each patient in collaboration with the patient, family, and significant others.
Implements medical plans of care, nursing interventions, and procedures using necessary skills and judgment.
Evaluates identified problems, care provided, and patient responses to ensure overall quality of care.
Maintains up-to-date and accurate documentation of nursing care provided.
Qualifications Required:
Associate's Degree in Nursing. Bachelor's of Nursing also acceptable.
Advanced Burn Life Support (ABLS) – EV Accredited
Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) – RQI
Basic Life Support – CPR Cert (BLS) – RQI
Certified Nurse Operating Room (CNOR) – EV Accredited
Hip and Knee Replacement (HKR) – EV Accredited
Registered Nurse (RN) – EV Accredited
Pay Range $32.13 – $55.14 per hour
