Location: Milwaukee, Wisconsin at our Froedtert Hospital facility. This job is on site.

FTE: 1.0. Standard Hours: 40.00. Shift: 1st.

Shift Details: 08:00-16:30, 5 shifts per week including weekend rotation, also includes holiday and on call rotations.

Job Summary Responsible for performing phlebotomy and various technical, non-technical, and clerical functions.

Experience Completion of an approved Phlebotomy program or related health care experience including direct patient contact is required. Phlebotomy experience with a minimum of 100 venipunctures is preferred.

Education High School diploma or equivalent is preferred.

Licensure ASCP certification is preferred.

Special Skills Ability to read and write necessary to comprehend and follow equipment operating instructions, IFUs and complete required documentation. Basic arithmetic calculations necessary to count instruments and complete count sheets are required. Basic computer, problem-solving and good communication skills are required.
