As a registered nurse, you will provide exceptional care, perform accurate patient assessments, initiate appropriate nursing interventions, and document thoroughly to support medical necessity. Our rural 20‑bed emergency department focuses on patient‑centered care and offers self‑scheduling for work‑life balance. Join our enthusiastic, collaborative team.
How You’ll Contribute:
Performs accurate and thorough patient assessments and identifies patient needs
Initiates appropriate nursing interventions based on assessment findings
Provides age‑ and condition‑appropriate nursing care
Completes timely and accurate documentation supporting medical necessity in the medical record
Develops, implements, and revises interdisciplinary care plans for each patient
What We’re Looking For:
Current North Carolina or compact state RN license required
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required within 30 days of hire
Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) required within 90 days of hire
Associate’s degree in nursing required; Bachelor’s degree preferred
One year of RN experience as an Emergency Department RN required
