Hillcrest Medical Center is a 656‑bed hospital featuring the Alexander Burn Center, Peggy V. Helmerich Women’s Health Center, Kaiser Rehabilitation Center, cutting‑edge cancer treatment technology, and the Oklahoma Heart Institute.
Responsibilities
Accountable for assessing, planning, implementing, evaluating, and documenting care activities in accordance with HHS standards to deliver efficient, effective, and quality patient care.
Demonstrate knowledge and skills necessary to provide age‑appropriate care for patients served on the unit.
Apply principles of growth and development across the lifespan, assess patient data, and interpret information to identify each patient's age‑specific needs.
Plan and modify the care plan in accordance with HHS standards and the Patient Care policies and procedures.
Adhere to the rules and regulations of the Oklahoma Nursing Practice Act.
Qualifications
Completion of a state‑approved Registered Nurse Program.
Valid State of Oklahoma Registered Nurse License.
BLS certification obtained within 14 days of hire or transfer and prior to providing direct patient care.
