Pay: USD $15.00 – $20.00 per hour
Overview
Registered Behavior Technician Certification or minimum of six months prior work/volunteer experience providing individual instructions, preferably in a health care environment.
Willing to obtain RBT Certification.
Full‑time schedule with no weekends.
Responsibilities
Provide 1:1 treatment to individuals in need of behavioral therapy in a clinic setting.
Implement treatment goals under the supervision of a BCBA.
Provide adequate feedback regarding progress to supervisor.
Facilitate teaching of communication, self‑help, social‑skills, and other targeted treatment goals.
Track client progress and program data.
Understand and adhere to company policies and procedures.
Observe confidentiality and safeguard all patient‑related information.
Work effectively as a team contributor on all interactions and assignments.
Work independently while maintaining constant communication with management and staff.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
High School Diploma or General Education Diploma, plus a minimum of six months prior work/volunteer experience providing individual instructions, preferably in a health care environment.
Demonstrated effective and professional interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Reliable transportation and ability to travel to/from multiple assignments/locations daily.
