Care Manager – Second Shift
TerraBella Senior Living is looking for a dedicated Care Manager to join our team at Pheasant Ridge. The role includes hands‑on care, emotional support, and ensuring a safe, home‑like environment for each resident.
Responsibilities
Maintain cleanliness of resident’s room and work areas
Help residents maintain independence, promote dignity and physical safety
Assist with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, toileting, grooming, ambulation, transferring, eating)
Engage residents in life skills and other enrichment activities
Position Requirements
Certified Nurse’s Aide certification preferred
High School diploma/GED
Must be 18 years of age
Previous experience working with seniors preferred
Ability to communicate effectively with residents, management, and coworkers
Superior customer service skills
Ability to handle multiple priorities
Good judgment, problem‑solving, decision‑making skills
