Speech-Language Pathologist ($3500 Incentive for CFY or CCC) – Wisteria Place
Salary: $41,000–$58,000 per year, plus a $3,500 sign‑on bonus for either Certified Family‑Home Visitation (CFY) or Certificate in Clinical Care (CCC) candidates.
Wisteria Place is a post‑acute care facility located in Abilene, Texas, offering long‑term, short‑term, and geriatric services. We are looking for a full‑time Speech‑Language Pathologist (CCC‑SLP or CFY) to join our in‑house therapy team.
Duties
Screen and evaluate patients with communication, cognitive, or swallowing disorders, developing appropriate care plans that follow regulatory and clinical standards.
Deliver rehabilitative treatment to patients with communication, cognitive, and/or swallowing disorders, ensuring compliance with regulatory and clinical practice requirements.
Evaluate treatment outcomes, modify services based on patient evaluation and make referrals as needed.
Provide consultation and counseling to patients, families, caregivers, and other service providers related to speech disorders.
Generate comprehensive discharge summaries in adherence to regulatory and clinical requirements.
Qualifications
Speech‑Language Pathology license required.
Position open to SLPs at all experience levels.
CFY applicants welcome.
