Job Description We’re hiring a confident, client-first Aesthetic Nurse Injector who can deliver consistent results, build trust quickly, and help grow a thriving book of business. You’ll perform injectables, educate clients, recommend treatment plans, and contribute to a high-performance team culture.
Responsibilities
Perform injectable treatments including Botox / Dysport, dermal fillers, PRP, and PDO threads (experience with all is ideal)
Deliver thorough consultations, facial assessments, and treatment planning
Educate clients on aftercare, expectations, and product recommendations
Drive revenue ethically through memberships, packages, and retail skincare
Maintain a clean, sterile, photo‑ready treatment environment
Track and support inventory management for injectable supplies
Participate in team development, including 2 hours/month injector technique training (give or receive depending on level)
Requirements
Valid nursing license in Arizona
Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN) preferred, but not essential
Minimum of 2 years of experience in aesthetic injecting
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
Strong presence on social media platforms
